Beers On Draught: Our
draft beers are driven with a rich Nitrogen/CO2 blend. This provides a
smooth, creamy texture and gives a particularly distinctive taste to
our specialties and imports. You'll find the Guinness here poured
correctly - and done as well as anywhere this side of the Atlantic. All
of our premium imports are served in imperial pints (20 oz.). Guinness
is also available in half-pints. All other drafts are also available in
frosted 12 oz. "schooners".

| The Gagen Boys' Martini: When
our Dad (Pat) got together with our uncles (Jack, Lee, Jim and George),
they would often enjoy a Beefeaters martini or two. Dad liked his
martini dry. When asked how much vermouth to add, Dad would usually say
"Just take the cap off the bottle and just wave it around a little." Of course, we'll make yours however you like... |

classic recipe starts with a steaming cup of sweetened coffee, with a
shot of Irish Whiskey or Potcheen. Then a generous dollop of whipped
